The swim school owner, or the person who puts the travel group together, is regarded as our travel agent. We call the owner of the group the Tour Leader.
The tour leader requests for a quotation to either one of the six set itineraries or describe a special experience for the group to receive a quotation.
We need the following information in order to quote:
Which destination would you like to visit.
In which month, year or specific date would you like your group to travel (or find out from us when the best time is for the specific destination to be visited).
How many people are in your group.
Which destination would you like to visit.

Once the destination has been agreed on, we will send the tour leader an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 25% to gather from the tour members, and everyone will then pay off on the tour until 60 days before departure of South Africa. T’s & C’s apply.
Two tour briefings will be done to prepare for packing, visa applications, flight bookings and what to expect from the destination’s people and culture.
Covid preparatory measurements:
With regards to Covid interruptions: C-Quest Swim Safaris works with the airline booked for the tour, and will postpone the tour to the year later, on the same date. We are flexible with the postponement dates and work closely with our tour leaders with regards to airline updates and best times to postpone to. We also sell mandatory Hollard travel insurance when the flights are purchased, to ensure that our tour members are ensured against flight extensions, picking up Covid before the tour or while on tour, repatriation, lock down extensions, supplier insolvency and many more.
